CHOCOLATE ICYPOLE TREATS I make a chocolate custard using 500ml of reconstituted milk made from powder. Put it in a saucepan, bring it to the boil and add a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of cocoa and a tablespoon of cornflour. Stir constantly until thickened, then cool and pour into pre-moistened icypole moulds. Freeze for at least three hours. You can even roll them in chocolate sprinkles or hundreds and thousands for a festive party look.
