Coconut and almond banana bread.  I adapted a recipe from the fun book: Piece of cake paleo. Instead of honey (my son had got there first) I used 1/4 cup of coconut sugar. I used a grinder to make my own coconut flour and so it is a little more textured. It's delicious and neither sweet nor savoury so would work well with anything.
