Crispy Chicken with Asparagus Sauce- 4 skinless chicken breast, 1 eggm 1/2 C. dry bread crumbs, 2 tbsp oil, 1 can cream of Asparagus soup, 1/3 C milk, 1/3 C. water ...make rice with chopped parsley, in Pie plate dip chicken into eggs , coat with bread crumbs. in pan, add oil, cook chicken until pink is gone, in the same pan add soup, milk, and water. Heat though, stirring occasionally. serve with rice.

Oh My, this is Good!! My family liked this one! It reminded us of a Thanksgiving Dinner. A rotisserie chicken makes this casserole easier. Stove Top Stuffing with lower sodium is best to use. Juicy delicious and dont forget the cranberry sauce as a side!
