Carrot Limeade Juice

Carrot Limeade Juice Ingredients: 6 carrots 1 cucumber 2 apples piece of ginger cup of fresh mint lime Directions: Juice your carrots first. Peel your cucumber and feed it to your juicer. Add your apples, mint, lime and ginger together.

Ingredients: 2 plums 1 pint (16 oz/400 g) blueberries 1” piece of ginger root 1 handful green leaf or romaine (cos) lettuce Directions: 1.) Wash plums, berries and lettuce. 2.) Remove pit from the plum. 3.) Slice ginger 4.) Juice, pour over ice (optional) and enjoy! Substitutions: Blueberries- blackberries
