Antique Silver Tea Kettle with Stand. The "Queen Anne" style kettle (1724-1725), with its stand and spirit burner and its accompanying silver table, is the most important surviving work  of the celebrated Huguenot silversmith Simon Pantin, who was active in London in the first three decades of the eighteenth century. Pantin enjoyed the patronage of influential fashionable clients, including the king. The owners of this piece of tea equipment, George Bowes and his wife Eleanor Verney.
