21 Day Fix Beachbody newest workout! Are you ready to commit ?
I am going into week 6 of P90X3. I screenshotted the pics so the date stamp was left on them. Can you see why the scale is a LIAR??? It is clear that there is quite a difference in my body since starting on 1/7/14, yet the scale shows a higher #. Does this help anyone with getting that dang # out of your head? Do not let an electronic device RUIN your progress or CONTROL your happiness.
Thoughts when my alarm went off: Really? I only got 4 hours of sleep..urgh! I can turn this thing off and go back to bed for another hour or more. Eh I can just do it later in the day. I haven't worked out in almost a month and this is going to be so hard!!! Instead my drive kicked in and I got my tired butt up!! NO more EXCUSES when these short workouts take up less time than a TV show AND give you the energy you need to jump start your morning! P90X3 at home fitness program
