Apricot ginger glazed salmon.  Ingredients: 4, 6oz. Salmon fillets, salt and pepper, 3 T. Apricot preserves, 1 T. Fresh grated ginger, 2 t. Soy sauce.  Recipe:  Line baking sheet with tin foil and season salmon (skin on) with salt/pepper. Mix apricot, ginger, soy sauce and spread over top of salmon pieces. Bake 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
