thanks water stamped card by Carol Longacre

Here's a card I made recently that uses a technique of water stamping on distress ink. I used some Mermaid Lagoon distress ink, spongi.

handmade card: Western Sky by hobbydujour ... squash method of inking acrylic block, pouncing with ink pad, spraying with water and pressing onto paper ... silhouette trees against a gorgeous sky ... twine and a button ... frayed burlap mat ... Western theme ... great card!!

sky created using the squash method of inking. swipe ink pads on a non-stick Craft Sheet, mist with water and then lay white cardstock onto it. let dry (or dry with heat gun) then stamp. add a frayed burlap mat, twine and a button

This card is I used red cardstock for the card base, then trimmed some green cardstock smaller and white cardstock smaller.

Christmas Wreath

This card is made using a navy blue background with a silver wreath embossed on it. There are red juicy berries on the wreath. The wreath is finished with a red ribbon. The background color can be changed, as well as the foreground color.
