The Italian Hoopla (an easy and yummy leftover meal)! Had sloppy joes the night before, so, took the leftover meat and added 1 T Oregeno, 1 T garlic salt, 1 c stewed tomatoes, 1/3 c grn peppers, 1/2 t crushed red peppers- rolled into meatballs. Put in pan w/ cooked large pasta shells stuffed with shred mozerella cheese, douse with Spaghetti sauce- cook 325' for 15 min. Top with cream cheese, mozerella cheese and 1 T Italian season. Side w/ homemade garlic bread. YUM!
