  • 100 g Bertocchi hickory smoked bacon
  • 1 1/2 kg Coles easy carve pork forequarter, Roast

  • 1 400g can Baby roma tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 410g can Tomatoes
Canned Goods
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Coles brand rustic rolls
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 1 cup Red wine
Other
  • 2 X 400g cans coles brand cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
