Frozen Vegetable Stir-Fry-- Soy sauce and peanut butter add a nice Thai-style flavor to this stir-fry. We tripled the sauce, used about a pound of chicken breast, and sautéed peppers from the garden and onions since we had fresh veggies.
the batter is made with flour, eggs, water and a little oil. Lots of slivered scallions, and most anything else you would like to add are stirred into the batter, they they are fried in a little vegetable oil into 8 or pancakes.
