Audubon, John James (1785-1851), Nuttall's Starling, Yellow-headed Troopiale, Bullock's Oriole, plate CCCLXXXVIII from Birds of America, engraved, printed, and hand-colored by Robert Havell, London, Whatman 1838 watermark, the full sheet, 39 3/4 x 26 1/2 in., (4-inch repair along left center edge, binding holes and some minor chipping, remnants of mounts on reverse).  Estimate $1,000-1,500 ~ sold for $7,110.
