Dried Beef Log: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1 T prepared horseradish, 13/ cup chopped stuffed green olives, 2.5 oz dried beef, finely snipped. Blend all ingredients except beef. Shape into two 6 inch rolls. Chill overnight. Roll each log in beef.
