These tasted like I remembered. I made two batches, which was maybe too much. They are messy to make and impossible to make small. Good for Christmas cookie trays butterscotch haystack cookies- oh no, now I have the recipe for these mystery cookies I've had before. So good!
Made the Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies today. I made some slight variations from the recipe - added coconut flour, which provided a nice sweetness; substituted the sugar with agave nectar; substituted chocolate chips with carob chips. Cookies came out delicious! A must try!
