A multi-million pound scheme to improve a major transport route in and out of Exeter has been delayed. Devon County Council is planning to widen Bridge Road to provide two continuous lanes outbound.

Devon County Council is inviting passenger transport providers to work with them, as it considers new contracts from next April.
