#Shrimp Diablo! INGREDIENTS: bacon, cream cheese, #jalapeños & shrimp. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400' For the filling, I added cream cheese, green onions, shredded cheese &any seasoning. I stuffed jalapeños with the filling, placed shrimp on top of filling, wrapped in bacon, place on wire rack in a pan(so all of fat drippings are in the pan) & sprinkled salt & pepper on top. Cook for about 30-35 minutes!! DELICIOUS with dipping sauce could be soy sauce or teriyaki sauce!!
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon strips into thirds; set aside. Cut the stem off each jalapeno then cut in half; remove the seeds. Mix minced garlic and cream cheese together in a small bowl. Spoon the mixture into the jalapeno pepper halves. Insert a whole (cooked, peeled deveined) shrimp into each cream cheese-filled jalapeno. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Bake until the bacon is browned and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
