Oh, I love this! I am modeling how they will be whether I like it or not. If I am constantly belittling myself or complaining about those 15 pounds I can't lose, then they will grow up doing the same. If I am happy and content with who I am and show kindness to myself as well as others, that is how they will act in adulthood. This makes so much sense. I am so glad I read it.
