#Prosciutto, #Pecan, and #Pear Noodle Wraps with Goat #Cheese   12 slices of prosciutto, sliced in half 3 Tbsp goat cheese ยฝ cup chopped #pecans 1 pear  Lay out two pieces of prosciutto, and smear with ยฝ Tbsp of goat cheese. Then, sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp of pecans. Lay out a layer of pear noodles. Roll the prosciutto to wrap everything up. Slice in half and secure with a toothpick.
