A comment after the article...Green teas and other herbal teas are best for increasing metabolic rate. I always prefer to choose the foods correctly and ensure that my diet includes rich protein sources, juices, fruits and most importantly vegetables. Juice cleanse also increases the metabolism and helps to loose weight faster.
Dr Oz's Sugar Detox: Take Chromium Picolinate (1,000 mg daily) to fight sugar withdrawal and a Vitamin B complex (100% daily allowance) to fight carbohydrate cravings - This is true! I used to take this combo when I was competing years ago. It does help.
