Chicken salad with spring onion and peppers / * 250g chicken breast (cooked and cooled) * 100 gr spring onions * 80g red pepper * 1 hard-boiled egg * 150 g mayonnaise * 2 teaspoons mustard * curry powder * Pepper --- The chicken breast, spring onions, paprika and the egg white cut into small pieces all together in a bowl. Mix the egg yolk with the mayonnaise and mustard. Stir the sauce into the meat mixture and season with curry powder and pepper to taste.
