I was the director of the 3rd annual LGBT Northeast College Campus Conference. 300 people attended this 3 day conference. This is the first time I organized an event of this size. (By the way, those are dancing gender benders. Very artsy. We had a lot of shirts left over.)
This was an amazing group of women in the Bay Area that did safer sex demos at lesbian bars.
In 1997, I received my BA with a double major in Sociology & Political Science, and a minor in Human Sexual Development (I was one credit short for a Socio-Legal Studies minor). I stretched undergrad to 5 years so I could run a conference. In 2002, I received my Masters in Social Work. I did most of my class work from 1997-1999. Go state schools! (I say this because of all my Ivy League friends who get excited to meet each other.)
