Two Cats, Theophile Steinlen. Théophile Alexandre Steinlen, frequently referred to as just Steinlen (Nov 10, 1859–Dec 13, 1923), Swiss-born French Art Nouveau painter and printmaker. He painted landscapes, flowers, nudes, and cats, for which he had a great fondness.
