Piña Colada Jello Shots Add 2 packages of instant jello to 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until dissolved (approx. 2 minutes). Remove from heat and mix in 2 cups of chilled coconut rum. Pour about 4 tablespoons of the mixture into lined cupcake tins. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and enjoy! Yields 24 shots.
