Healthy Banana and Peanut Butter Mug Cake with Dark Chocolate (1 mug cake) 6 tbsp almond flour or other flour of choice 1 banana, roughly mashed 1,5-2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tbsp coconut nectar, agave nectar (or honey) 20-30 g dark chocolate, chopped a pinch of sea salt Add everything in a bowl and mix well. Put the batter in a big cup or a bowl and microwave (full effect) for about 2 minutes.
