This mug cake is life changing! Healthy Banana and Peanut Butter Mug Cake with Dark Chocolate (1 mug cake) 6 tbsp almond flour or other flour of choice 1 banana, roughly mashed 1,5-2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tbsp coconut nectar, agave nectar (or honey) 20-30 g dark chocolate, chopped a pinch of sea salt Add everything in a bowl and mix well. Put the batter in a big cup or a bowl and microwave (full effect) for about 2 minutes.

Low sugar, healthier granola! THE RECIPE 4 cups rolled oats 1 cup unsalted pecans 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup flax meal 1 cup flax seed 1 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup agave 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cinnamon Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Heat wet ingredients in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Mix all ingredients until mixture is evenly coated. Bake for 20 minutes stirring halfway through.
