Cajun Caviar 1 can field peas drained. 1 can black eyed peas drained. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 can small sliced black olives. 1 red onion chopped. 1 bellpepper chopped. 2 avocado chopped. 1 regular bottle of Italian dressing. Mix all together and chill for two hours. Drain excess oil. Serve with chips.
