Black and White example 1 -   Before colour photography became popular in the mid 20th century, black and white photography was the norm. Cameras were not able to produce coloured images. To recreate this effect now, images can be altered in Photoshop, by changing the images colouring and exposure.

Wow. These pieces certainly make an impact! Horizontal, black and white photos are custom framed in vertical mouldings with super long matboards... Just goes to show - don't let the orientation of the art determine where it will and won't fit. Anything's possible with custom framing!
