Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells-I used onion powder (forgot to buy onions) and used provolone (thought I had mozzarella-didn't). Even with these changes it was GREAT! Might sauté crab next time to try to get rid of slight "fishy" taste.
Not just the tittle but these amazing little stacks of goodness. Funny but a year ago you wouldn’t catch me eating bacon or bison but now I’m loving the combo of the two. Especially when paired with one of my favorite vegetables.
Oven to 400 degrees. Slice a large sweet potato with mandolin slicer. Spread on cookie sheet and drizzle with melted coconut oil. Season as you like. Roast until crispy about 15 - 20 min, stir frequently.
