LEMON BLUEBERRY PROTEIN BARS - E 1 c ground up oats into flour 5 Scoops vanilla protein powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup Sweet Blend 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 4 egg whites Zest & and juice of 2 lemons 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup blueberries DIRECTIONS: Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add the wet to dry. Pour into 9x13 pan lightly greased. Bake 35 min@350. Cool & cut.
