Steak & tequila lime shrimp.  For the shrimp, chose 1 lb extra large or jumbo raw and deveined shrimp.  Mix together 4 tsp tequila, 2 cloves minced garlic,  2 tblsp lime juice,  crushed red pepper to taste, 3 tblsp evoo, 1/2 tsp salt & about a handful of cilantro, chopped.  Toss the shrimp and marinate together for 2 hrs.  Either skewer or use a grill grate.  Spray the grill/grate with Pam.
