This is a simi difficult recipe, but the result is ever so delectable. I had something like this at Crustaceans in San Francisco. They used the wonderful Dungeness crabs, but here in Virginia I had to settle for Blue crabs, which turned out just as nice.
A PINNER SAYS: Crabs - Garlic Butter Baked King Crab Legs. Use tongs and place them on a platter and pour the buttery-goodness into ramekins. King Crab in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes, depending on thickness of your crab legs.
The Crab Bomb- 2 lbs jumbo lump crab meat cup panko bread crumbs 2 sticks of unsalted butter cup mayonnaise 2 tsp white vinegar 1 tbs old bay seasoning Parsley for garnish kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Glengoyne 35 - Finish: The tropical fruit intensity returns and lingers at the back of the throat while the whisky becomes slowly drier, with liquorice, brown sugar and dark chocolate beautifully balanced. A whisky not to be rushed!
