AIP One Dish! 10 min to get in oven! 3 chix thighs (bone in) 2 leeks chopped 4 carrots chopped 1 small bulb fennel chopped 2 tbls Rosemary chopped 1.5 cups olives 1 whole lemon chopped 1/3 cup olive oil 1.5 cups mushrooms chopped I tossed it all together with salt and roasted covered at 400 degrees for 30 min. Then uncovered for another 35 min.
10 min to oven!! ## 1 bag 10 oz organic chopped kale 1 bag 10oz shaved Brussels Sprouts 3 medium parsnips chopped 1 pound grass fed beef form into meatballs 2 tbls bacon fat just dollop in 4 tbls olive oil drizzle over pan Salt I seriously just threw it together. Easy Peasy AIP!! Roast in oven covered for 25 min at 400 then take lid off and cook another 15-20 min at 375
3 cups sliced mushrooms, 6 cups baby kale (pre-washed organic from WF) 2 carrots diced. Toss in cup olive oil and salt. Top with chicken thighs and a teaspoon of cultured ghee on each! Roast covered at 350 for 30 min then uncovered at 375 for 25 min
AIP One Dish: Leftover Thanksgiving One Dish Wonder! 2 cups each of cranberries, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, ham. 2 tbls each of rosemary and thyme. Bake at 350 covered for 35 min then uncovered for 25 min
AIP 1 Pot Meal - 1 purple sweet potato with orange zest, turkey breast coated with bacon fat, 1 cups each mushrooms and onions, 1 bunch asparagus wrapped with 2 strips bacon. Salt and olive oil. Bake at 350 covered 40 min then uncovered 375 for 20 min.
My Capricorn self loves familiar ❤️ Oven roasted broccoli and chicken thighs with ghee and olive oil. You can see the salt crystals on the broccoli in this pic! 375 for an hour. I buy the skin-on/bone-in thighs so they don't dry out.
One Dish Love Fest! ❤️ 1 bunch asparagus 2 small white sweet potatoes 2 cups Brussels Sprouts 1 Tbls Rosemary 1 Tbls oregano 4 slices lemon 1/3 cup olive oil Chop everything Stuff lemon slices under chicken skin Drizzle whole thing with olive oil and salt. Roast uncovered at 375 until chicken is 165 degrees. Mine took about 90 min.
AIP One Dish! 2 bulbs fennel thinly sliced 1 small jar capers 1 bag small pearl frozen onions 1 lemon rind chopped 2 bone-in, skin on chicken breasts Drizzle with olive oil and salt Roast at 425 for an hour uncovered!
(leave out onions for low fodmap) Because Chicken Soup never gets old. 2 heaping cups each of carrots, onion, zucchini, butternut squash, celery and roasted chicken. Add 5 cups bone broth and put all into a pressure cooker for 45 min.
