Mayonnaise-less healthy egg salad!  -3 or 4 hard boiled eggs -2 tsp. mustard (or more if you love mustard!) -1/4 cup fage 0% Greek yogurt plain -2 tbsp. garlic or plain hummus -Salt, pepper & paprika to taste!  300-380 calories (depending on how many eggs you use).  This is awesome to eat plain, on a salad, in a pita, or I love it with all natural, gluten-free chips :)

This is mine today, and I thought I'd share! :)    Healthy Avo-Egg Salad (withOUT mayo!)  -2 to 3 hardboiled eggs  -Half of an avocado  -2 tbsp. garlic hummus  -1/4 cup 0% fat greek yogurt  -Salt, Pepper, & Paprika  -15 all natural/gluten-free chips    450-500 calories w/chips.  300-325 without.  5 minutes prep time :)

Grilled chicken salad    -Spring greens  -4 oz. Grilled chicken & onions seasoned w/lemon pepper, garlic, and some balsamic vinegar.  -2 tsp. Parmesan cheese  Dressing:  -2 tbsp. Eating Right Ranch Yogurt Dressing  -2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar  -Salsa for extra zest!  220-280 Calories YUM!

Healthy Chicken Ranch Wrap!  So delicious!  FlatOUT wrap, 2 Tbsp. Hummus, 4 oz. grilled chicken w/lemon seasonings, Spring Lettuce Greens, and 2 Tbsp. Eating Right Ranch Yogurt Dressing. 330 calories!  (I make  this in a frying pan on medium heat, so the ingredients toast together on the wrap. Just don't grease the pan at all.)This wrap turns out toasted, warm, and tasty!
