Both served with Asian slaw of shredded cabbage, carrot, Bean sprouts, onion, scallion, coriander dressed with kewpie mayo, sweet soy, sake and fish sauce; sweet potato fries with smoked salt.

Salad of Chinese leaf, Charlotte potatoes, bean sprouts, scallions, sugar snap, red pepper, coriander, chill and crumbled prawn crackers. With boiled egg and belly pork braised in cinnamon, ginger, soy & shaoxing wine.
Quarter Pounder. Grilled and torched seasoned patty of beef with grilled bacon and Swiss cheese, gherkin, raw diced onion, mustard, ketchup, lettuce & burger sauce (Mayo, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, a little pickle liquor), on a toasted Brioche. Served with fries and burger sauce to dip.
