Fit to Be Tied: Toddler Meals: Iron-rich Meatballs. I doubled the recipe but made half of the batch without parmesan cheese since I have a dairy-sensitive little one. Both toddlers approved these heartily (especially with enough ketchup to hide the spinach), Simple enough to make, and I appreciated them since I'm low on iron.
I'll have to experiment with this a bit since I usually sweeten Little Bit's and my oatmeal with honey...but it's a great idea. Better than the $2+ I sometimes spend on the individual oatmeal containers to keep at work for rushed mornings!
