**** Lemon and herb creamy chicken with mushrooms...in the crockpot. So yummy and so easy!   5 frozen, lemon-herb chicken breast (Market Pantry from Target is where I get mine). 1 can of 98% fat free cream of chicken. 1 low fat, 8oz cream cheese. 1 8oz can mushrooms. Throw it all in the crockpot on low. About 4 1/2 hours later, take the chicken out and shred it. Put the chicken back in and stir it all up. Let it go another 30 minutes or so. Put it on some rice or noodles.
