Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler.  1 stick butter 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 quarts cleaned strawberries 4 oz cream cheese  350 degrees melt butter in 9x13 dish. Mix egg, milk, & dry ingredients. Pour over butter. Don't stir!  Top with berries & sprinkle cheese. Bake 45 minutes til brown & bubbly.   Great recipe from North Pole Savings on FaceBook
