Leftover Beef Brisket with Gnocci 1 box potato gnocchi (I used Dellalo) 2 pounds leftover cooked brisket – shredded 4 ounces pine nuts 1 package brown gravy mix (I used McCormick) Prepare the gnocchi as directed. Place in baking dish and cover with brisket and pine nuts Prepare brown gray as directed and pour on. Bake in 350* oven till hot, probably about 20 minutes.
