Nordstrom: How To Make Nordstrom's Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons:    Whisk 4 egg whites and a pinch of salt until frothy. Add 1.25 lbs of shredded coconut and 1 c sweetened condensed milk. Fold in ingredients. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake at 320 for 30 min, rotating once. Dip macaroons in melted dark chocolate. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Makes 16 (unless that was for show.)
