More than 12 hours after Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was taken into custody, authorities have yet to read the 19-year-old Boston bombing suspect his Miranda rights. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT. I DON'T THINK HE WAS SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE.
