  • 1 Bird's eye - chopped into
  • 300 g Pork rib tips
Produce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Spring onions
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, light
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 1 2/3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Other
  • Bamboo Steamer and Wok
  • 1 tbsp Fermented black beans - rinsed, drained and leave whole or you can mash gently with the back of a spoon
  • Steaming rack (if not using a bamboo steamer)
