Ingredients  1/4 cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 can light coconut milk (14 oz) Directions  1. Add chia seeds to a jar. 2. Add coconut milk. 3. Mix with a spoon. 4. Close the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
