Orinda Country Club: A $2,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. 50% of the estimated charges are due 3 months prior and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $250–3,000 depending on type of event and space rented. Meals range $32–52/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. CEREMONY CAPACITY: The Grand Ballroom accommodates 144 seated guests. EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Grand Ballroom holds up to 350 seated or 600 standing guests.

Half the total fee is required as a nonrefundable deposit when the site is booked; the balance is payable 6 months prior to the event along with a refundable $1,000 damage deposit and a certificate of insurance.
