I was very happy with my results.  Will do this again.  It makes you feel great, can kick some bad eating habits (like mindless snacking) and is a safe and nutritious way to get quick results.

Second day of the 3 Day Quick Fix complete.  This morning I weighed myself and was down 4 lbs from yesterday morning.  I did not have a good weekend of eating so that balanced out.  I feel less bloated and pretty good.  Looking forward to day 3 tomorrow.
