Jason Bruges Projects - RECALL. A large-scale integrated public artwork for Broadwick House. During a working day, the lifts rise and fall, open and close, carrying workers from floor to floor. At night, the building sleeps and the lifts lie at rest. Recall records the nuances of daytime activity and then reproduces them at night as a kinetic artwork in amber light panels. The artwork is inspired by Broadwick House architect Richard Rogers’ philosophy of a 24-hour city.
