A TORNADO WARNING is in effect until 730 PM for northern Cherokee and southeastern Smith counties in Northeast Texas. Strong rotation and a probable tornado just crossed Highway 69 near Mount Selman and is moving east at 20 MPH. 355PM: Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 11 PM CDT for the western Texas Panhandle. Today doesn't look overly impressive for severe weather but we'll likely have some storms capable of producing golfball size hail and damaging wind gusts to 70 MPH through the evening hours.
