This is a recipe I just made to try out the "green smoothie craze":  1 banana, 1 baby orange, about 3 cups of super frozen spinach, about 1 tbs. of peanut butter, and about 4 cups of cows milk.  It's amazing, I'm so glad I tried this out and I definitely recommend it!
