Had an absolute riot yesterday teaching a lovely bunch of people how to make bread during our workshop, 'The Dough Shift' - here are some delish bread sticks by some of the group - they're gawjus!

Wild chicken with lemon zest, roasted rosemary potatoes, carrots, celeriac and apple with a pinch of cinnamon. Served with bruschetta on knackebrod and spinach, seed and cucumber salad.

5 kgs of little red ones. Swedish crayfish party, served with skargen, radish salad and potato and apple salad. Paper moon was sung to, drinks were drunk, the DOH sauna and hot tub were officially opened.
