what I have to do when i get back to running after school. - this is what I've been doing (at my own pace) for the past 4 months and I've lost 30 lbs and I now consider myself a runner! Not bad for a girl who didn't even run when she was a kid in school!
I know people like this. So… Messy kitchen = great meals. Pet hair, furniture with scratch marks, and dog toys to trip over = cuddly bundles of love. Cluttered table tops = fun projects and handmade gifts for friends. Please don't judge my dust.
Having pretty much guarantees setbacks. Starting a new business venture for hasn't been easy and I'm sure there are more tough times to come. That doesn't mean I'm going to quit though. All you can do is learn from it and move on.
