Mango Avocado Salad Ingredients 2 Ripe Mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped 1 Large Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped 1 Tablespoon Lime Juiced 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Cilantro Leaves 1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds

SESAME CHICKEN SALAD.  
Salad:  4 slices of ginger; 1 medium onion; 3 boneless chicken breasts; 1 English cucumber; 2 large tomatoes; 6 green onions; 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
; salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.  Vinaigrette:  1⁄4 cup light soy sauce; 1 tbsp lemon juice
; 1 tbsp rice vinegar; 
2 tsp sugar; 1 tsp whole peppercorns
