A brilliant collaboration between Phillip Pullman and Ian Beck. Originally written as a play for the Polka Theatre in Wimbledon, this version retains a theatrical flavour. Iam Beck's artwork is reminiscient of 18th century engravings, lending this volume a feeling of period.
